Project Carling was a large contractor takeover involving the completion of work across three separate structures: the main house, guest house and boathouse. Our team stepped into an active construction project to complete major interior finishing work as well as the exterior siding across the property.
Inside, the scope included drywall installation and finishing, flooring, extensive finish carpentry, shiplap, custom millwork and kitchen installation. The boathouse interior was also completed as part of the project, with finishes coordinated to maintain a consistent look across the property.
One of the largest portions of the project was the completion of the exterior siding across all three buildings. Coordinating the main residence, guest house and boathouse required careful planning to create a consistent exterior finish and bring the entire property together.
