Complete Bathroom Renovation & Jack-and-Jill Conversion
This Richmond Hill renovation included the transformation of an existing Jack-and-Jill bathroom into two private ensuite bathrooms, along with the complete renovation of a third ensuite and powder room.
The Jack-and-Jill conversion required careful planning to create two functional bathrooms within the existing footprint. New walls were constructed and the shower, toilet and vanity locations were redesigned to give each ensuite a comfortable, practical layout.
Because the bathrooms were located above the garage, the existing floor assembly contained spray foam insulation. The foam was selectively removed to allow for the complete relocation and rough-in of the new plumbing, then the floor system was fully re-insulated with spray foam once the mechanical work was complete.

The finished project transformed the existing bathroom layout into three fully renovated bathrooms and a refreshed powder room, with each space designed around better functionality, privacy and long-term use.
